How to Add or Hide Products in MetaTrader 5

Managing your product list on desktop is fast and flexible.

Add a Specific Product

1. Press

   Ctrl + M

   or go to

   View → Market Watch

2. Right-click anywhere in the

   Market Watch

   window

3. Select

   Symbols

4. Browse the categories (e.g., Forex, Crypto, Commodities)

5. Select the product and click

   Show

Hide a Specific Product

1. Open the

   Market Watch

   window

2. Right-click on the symbol you want to hide

3. Select

   Hide

Show All Products

1. Open

   Market Watch

   (Ctrl + M)

2. Right-click and select

   Show All

   all available instruments will be displayed

Hide All Products

1. In

   Market Watch

   , right-click and select

   Hide All

   to clean your list

On Android (MT5)

The MetaTrader app on Android makes it easy to manage your symbols on the go.

Add a Product

1. Open the

   MetaTrader

   app

2. Go to the

   Quotes

   tab

3. Tap the

   "+" icon

   in the top-right corner

4. Browse categories and tap the product you want to add

Hide a Product

1. In the

   Quotes

   tab, tap the

   pen icon

   (top right)

2. Select the symbol to remove

3. Tap the

   trash bin

   icon

Show All / Hide All features are not available on Android

On iOS ( MT5)

While both versions work similarly, MT5 includes a search function for added convenience.

  1. Tap

     Search Bar

     in the Quotes tab

  2. Browse and tap

     “+”

     on symbols to add

Hide a Product

• MT5 iOS

  :

  1. Open

     Quotes

  2. Tap the

     pen icon

  3. Select the symbol

  4. Tap the

     red trash bin

     icon to remove

Show All / Hide All options are not available on iOS
