To resolve the issue, reach out directly to your account manager or the Bullwaves Support Team. Provide them with the client’s full details, such as their name, email address, and account number along with the correct partner code that should be associated with them.
Our team will then review the case and verify whether the client can be reassigned under your code. If the referral is eligible, we’ll update the system to reflect the change and ensure all future commissions from that client are correctly credited to your account.
For best results, submit the request as soon as the issue is identified, as reassignment requests are time-sensitive.
